Gentle Yoga

This is a varied and transitional class. Students who have a grasp of basic postures will be given the opportunity to build upon the basics and challenge themselves with more advanced postures.

All poses are done while sitting in or being supported by a chair. Designed for those with limited mobility to maintain or gain strength and flexibility.

Child's Pose

Restorative yoga offers a mental and physical break from the breakneck speed of life. Focus on breathing and bodily sensations with limited movement. Props are provided, as most poses are on the floor.

With fiery flows and strong holds, this class focuses on building strength and stability in the body and how to integrate them into our daily lives. Suitable for beginner /intermediate levels with the opportunity to move towards more advanced levels with arm balances. This class includes grounding reiki energy to begin and end.

This class emphasizes the importance of alignment in a flow style class. We will cover the basics for brand new students and students wanting a refresher on poses and alignment.

This class focuses on deepening our levels of openness in our bodies but also in our hearts and our minds. It will encourage you to open to your own personal level - your own personal truth, through heart, hip, and hamstring openers. This class has intuitive reiki infused throughout and during savanna.

Adult Ballet Class

Barre class combines elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga. These classes will build both inner and outer strength, as we repeatedly hold mental and emotional space as well as our physical bodies through uncomfortable moments. Increase effective blood flow, mood, inner regulation ,and sleep by routinely and gently strengthening your breath and body. Broaden your tolerance in body and mind as we push ourselves and uplift one another in growth.

These sessions are an opportunity to learn specific poses and proper alignment or to heal the body through therapeutic yoga. A proper series of postures can be designed to mitigate ailments such as migraines, high blood pressure, sports injuries, and lower back pain. These sessions can be personal (one-on-one) or for small groups up to three people. Sessions are scheduled in advance with the instructor. Sessions are available for 60 or 90 minutes.
